AI by industry

“What does AI actually do in a business like mine?”

It is the first question every owner asks, and most answers are useless because they are written for everyone. A sales counselor missing a tour request at 12:40 and an executive director rebuilding a board packet for the fourteenth time are not the same problem, and they do not get the same build.

So pick the industry you are in and the part of the business that actually hurts. Each page below is about one specific operator with one specific problem — what it costs, what we build, and what changes.

Multi-Location Senior Care & Assisted Living

Three to thirty communities, one sales counselor per building, and an inquiry that arrives while that counselor is forty minutes into a tour. Occupancy is decided in the ninety minutes after an adult daughter picks up the phone.

Professional Associations & Membership Organizations

A nine-person staff carrying four thousand members, twelve standing committees, an annual conference, and an info@ inbox that functions as the real org chart. The roster grows every year; the staff line does not.

Multi-Office Accounting & CPA Firms

Four offices, one busy season, and a partner group that bills its way from January to April and then rebuilds the same workpapers next year. Every hour of admin is an hour off the realization rate.

Home Services Companies

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Twelve trucks, a dispatcher working two lines, and the 96-degree Saturday when every call that rolls to voicemail is a system somebody else installed on Monday.

Why these four, and not a list of forty

Because they share a shape. Each one runs distributed operations — multiple communities, chapters, offices, or trucks — on an administrative layer that was sized years ago and never grew. Each one has a phone or an inbox that quietly decides revenue. And in each one, the work eating the week is reading, sorting, drafting, and reconciling, which is the work this technology is genuinely good at.

We are not an agency with an industry list. We are four people who build things that run in production, which is why we would rather go deep on a handful of operating models than claim expertise in every one. If your business has that shape and is not on this page, tell us about it — the assessment works the same either way.
