Pulse AI Operations Index

Find out where AI actually pays in your business

Most AI conversations start with the technology and work backward to a problem. This one starts with your numbers. Twenty minutes on the phone, and you leave with each part of your operation scored and ranked by what it would take to fix against what fixing it is worth.

The index is yours to keep, argue with, or take to your board — whether or not you ever hire us.

What gets scored

01

Client intake and lead response

How fast a new inquiry gets a real answer, how many arrive when nobody can take them, and what the unanswered ones are worth against your own close rate.

02

Operations and admin

The recurring handling work — inbox triage, lookups, rekeying between systems, document assembly — measured in hours a week rather than in adjectives.

03

Marketing and reporting

What gets reported, how long the reporting takes to produce, and how much of it nobody reads because it lands two weeks after the decision.

How it works

  1. 1.

Tell us about your organization below. Two minutes, and the more specific you are about volumes, the sharper the index comes back.

  2. 2.

We spend twenty minutes on the phone going through your actual numbers — inquiries, headcount, hours, systems. No deck, no discovery theater.

  3. 3.

You get the scored index: each area rated, ranked by effort against payback, with the arithmetic shown so you can argue with it. If nothing on it clears the bar, we tell you that.

Straight answers

Is the Operations Index free?

Yes, and there is no version of it we upsell you into. It exists because the fastest way to find out whether we can help you is to look at your numbers together, and because roughly a third of the time the honest answer is that your problem is a process problem rather than an AI problem.

What do I need to have ready?

Rough volumes are enough: inquiries or leads per month, staff headcount by function, an estimate of hours spent on the handling work, and the names of the core systems you run — CRM, AMS, practice management, dispatch. Nothing needs to be exact and nothing needs to be exported.

Who actually runs the call?

Someone who builds these systems, not a sales development rep working from a script. You will get technical answers to technical questions, including the ones about what will not work.

What happens to the information I send?

It goes into our own CRM and nowhere else. We do not sell, share, or enrich it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
